Station:
Wrapping Station: Panda Inn has one unique station. Today, I was able to have the Tea Smoked Duck wrapped in a Chinese Pancake with Hoi Sin Sauce! The wrapping menu changes weekly, but every week is as good as the last!
Soup and Appetizers:
Eggdrop Corn with Chicken and Hot & Sour Soup. Salt & Pepper Pork Chops, Lettuce Cup with Chicken, Curry Samosa, Fried Dumplings, and Eggrolls.
Lunch Entrees:
Chicken with Asparagus, Sweet & Pungent Chicken, Panda Beef, BBQ Pork with Broccoli, Banana Wrapped Fish, Honey Walnut Shrimp, Scallops in Black Bean Sauce, Singapore Noodles, Shrimp Pasta Noodles, and Yang Chow Fried Rice.

Desserts:
There were several choices for dessert. There were assorted mini pastries, chocolate dipped strawberries, caramel bananas, and an assorted fruit platter. And yes...jello too!
What makes this Sunday Champagne Brunch Buffet different from the others?

The Flavor & Spices! Panda Inn throws out many flavors to tantalize your taste buds. They offer four sauces for your dipping pleasure: Spicy chili oil, Ginger & Vinegar, Sweet & Sour, and Hoi Sin! The Changing Menu! This is a small, but extremely tasty brunch. Unlike many of the other brunches, the entrees change every week. Also very few brunches offer the Mandarin cuisine!

Keep in mind, brunch items and prices may change. Call the restaurant or visit the restaurant's Web site for the latest information.
