Breakfast Entrees:
Eggs Benedict, Sausage, Bacon, Potatoes Gratin, and Hot-off-the-grill Waffles.
Also plenty of bread and pastries.
Lunch Entrees:
Lamb Chops in Black Truffle Sauce, Chicken in Sage Tomato Sauce, Pork Loin in
Pinot Noir Demi Glaze, BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Rice Pilaf, and Steamed Vegetables.   
Seafood:
Steam Mussels, Seafood in Lobster Sauce, Salmon in Lemon Cilantro Sauce,
Chilled Oysters, Peel & Eat Shrimp, Crab Legs, Smoked Salmon, and Sushi.
There were many choices for dessert. There were three cheesecakes and several
other cakes. Besides the cakes, there were various other selections, such as
orange vanilla panna cotta (sugar free), flan and chocolate (white & dark) covered
strawberries. Don't forget the huge cookies and ice cream station!
What makes this Sunday Champagne Brunch Buffet different from the others?
The Jazz!   The local jazz station, KIFM, has been sponsoring live jazz for years.
Today, Willovealot played the tunes...excellent!

The New Look!   The restaurant recently was remodelled and looks great!

The View!  The restaurant is on Shelter Island next to a marina, simply beautiful!
