Examples of cold tapas: Fresh Tuna Marinated in Lemon Sauce, Manchego Octopus, or Anchovy Stuffed Olives. Examples of hot tapas: Escargot in a Parsley Alioli Sauce, Fried Calamaries, or Marinated Pork on Skewers. * Choice of one Paella Entree.
