Scramble Station: Many options to choose from. Add what you want to the plate and they will whip it up in a frenzy! Street Taco Station: Chicken or carnitas soft tacos on homemade tortillas! Get one of each...I did.
Breakfast Entrees:
Scrambled Eggs Rojo, Bacon, Sausage, Chorizo with Scrambled Eggs, Machaca, Chorizo, Waffles, and Seasoned Potatoes.
Desserts:
There were many choices for dessert. There was plenty of fresh fruit (sliced and whole), pecan pie, flan, strawberry yogurt, and my favorite, the cinnamon tortilla bunuellos!
What makes this Champagne Brunch Buffet different from the others?
It's on Saturday as well! Now I can attend two brunches each week! I know, too much of a good thing...but what the heck, this place is worth it! The Sangria option! As a consumer, I love options. They offer bottomless champagne, mimosas, or tasty sangria! The Staff & Atmosphere! Baja Betty's is very casual and has a diverse dining crowd. And the staff is as friendly as they come! The Bloody Mary station! Yes indeed, head to the bar and buy the liquor of choice, then dash over to the station to create one heck of a drink!
Keep in mind, brunch items and prices may change. Call the restaurant or visit the Baja Betty's Web site for the latest information.
IMPORTANT: The opinions made in this Web site are of my own! I'm by no means a food critic or a sponsor for any of the establishments.
Lunch Entrees:
Pork Salsa Ribs, Chicken Chilaquiles, Refried Beans, Vegetarian Black Beans, and Vegetarian Spanish Rice. House and Caesar Salads were available. Oh, and plenty of salsas and a great spicy Queso Dip!
