What makes this Sunday Champagne Brunch Buffet different from the others?

Location, Location, Location! This is the only brunch buffet in San Diego County that sits smack-dabbed on the beach. Cross the boardwalk...you are in the sand! (did I mention location?) The Casual Atmosphere! There is no other brunch in San Diego County where shoes and shirts (men only) are optional!  Note: I kept on my shirt because I did not want to scare the hell out of the children! The Entertainment! Sit back and watch the wipe-outs on the Flow Rider, listen to the live music, or just watch the tourists & locals walk, roll, or run the boardwalk!
