then finished with hollandaise sauce.
Fried Filet Medallions - $15.00
Two filet mignon medallions lightly battered
and pan fried, and finished with branded
sausage gravy and two poached eggs.
Served with potatoes & fresh fruit.

Benedict, Bagel al Salmone Affumicato, or the Uova al Tartufo Asparagi to $17.00 for
the New York Strip & Poached Eggs.

Spaghetti Carbonara to $13.00 for the Panino Prime Rib Sandwich.

Food Selection:  Besides the brunch items, the full menu kicks in at 12:00 and there
were plenty of items available.  There were 11 starters, 11 pasta dishes, 8 fish dishes,
and 14 steak & chop selections. Soups and salads were also available.  

Service: Service from Steve, Katja, and staff just doesn't get any better!
