Hash Station: Made with herb chicken, braised shredded beef, or spiced carnitas. Omelet Station: With many options available.  Add the chorizo sausage! Carving Station: Today there was a real tasty roast beef.

Breakfast Entrees:

Eggs Benedict, Sausage, Bacon, Scrambled Eggs, Banana Stuffed French Toast, and Home Style Hash Brown Potatoes. Also plenty of bread, pastries, and fruit.

Lunch Entrees:

Garlic Cream Vodka Penne Pasta, Chicken Picatta, Chicken Stir Fry, Vegetarian Lasagna, Vegetarian Eggplant Parmesan, Herb Mixed Veggies, Mixed Green Salad, Asian Salad, and Mediterranean Pasta.

Seafood:

What makes this Sunday Champagne Brunch Buffet different from the others?

The Location & View! One of the very few brunches located in the South Bay area.  Plus a wonderful view of the Chula Vista Marina. The Desserts! All of the desserts are made in-house and from the ones I tasted (which were quite a few), they were great. The Music! Today there was an excellent band playing jazz during the brunch.
