was a wonderful Prime Rib.  
As you have might noticed, the
chef is slicing my end cut as I
snapped the picture!!!
Breakfast Entrees:
Eggs Benedict, French Toast, Pancakes, Garlic Potatoes,
Breakfast Potatoes, Sausage, and Applewood Bacon.
Lunch Entrees:
Roast Pork Loin with Chanterelle Mushrooms and Saffron
Risotto, Sauteed Yellow Squash and Zucchini.  And lots of salad,
cheese, and fresh fruit (including organic peaches)!
Seafood:
Grilled Sea bass with Charon Sauce, Peel & Eat Jumbo
Shrimp, Smoked Salmon, and Chef Creek Oysters.
