* There were several "Some Tidbits" available and some examples were: Forked      
Avocado on Toast for $4.95, Homemade Peanut Butter & PH Preserves on Toast for
$4.50, Baked Hot Porridge for $6.95, and PH Chicken Sausage for $8.95.   
* Eggscetera dishes included house mashed potatoes, French white toast and          
homemade PH jam and ranged from $6.50 to $8.95 (depending on add-ons).  
* There were 8 "Tres Egg es Scrambles" dishes available ranging from $8.95 for the
Chili-crusted Tofu & Fresh Basil to $11.95 for the Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese &
Green Onion.
* There were 14 "Way Wild and Wicked Breakfast" dishes available and ranged from $8.50
for Real Buttermilk Pancakes to $12.95 for the PH Benedict.
* Brunch Supplementals were available after 11:30 and included 2 salads and 6       
sandwiches and burgers.

Service: Mason was outstanding and made one mean mimosa!
