What makes this Sunday Champagne Brunch Buffet different from the others?

The Taco Station! The carnitas today were outstanding!  And yep, I tried the lengua (beef tongue) as well...also quite good! The "Menu" Option! If you don't feel like the buffet, you can order food off the   extensive menu.
