There were 8 brunch entrees and one set price; $11.50 All brunch entrees came with rice, beans, tortillas, and a plate of fresh fruit. Examples of dishes: Spanish Omelet, Steak & Eggs, Omelet de Camaron, and Omelet de Aguacate. * Lunch and dinner selections were available by ordering off the rest of the          extensive menu. Champagne: Included or one margarita. Food Selection:  The massive menu contained plenty of selections!                     Service: Igor and staff  ensured the brunch experience was excellent!

Huevos Rancheros Two fried eggs on a tortilla covered with ranchero sauce.

Carnitas   $12.50 Lean roast pork with cilantro, onions, and guacamole.
