Champagne: Available - starting at $7.50 per glass. Food Selection: Besides the brunch items, the regular menu was also available. There were 6 house specialities, 3 pizzas, 10 pasta dishes, and 3 daily specials. Appetizers were available as well. Service: Evangeline was extremely pleasant and efficient.
