was a wonderful roasted prime
rib and honey suckle baked
ham.

Bloody Mary Station: Tommy
serves them up as needed.
Breakfast Entrees:
Sausage, Bacon, Scramble Eggs, Eggs Benedict, Waffles, Fruit Blintz with
Fresh Berries, and Breakfast Potatoes.  Also plenty of bread & pastries.
Lunch Entrees:
Ranchero Chicken, Grilled Salmon, Mixed Sausage, Grilled Summer Vegetables, and
Dim Sum (2 veggie choices).  Also several salads, international and local cheese
selections, and a great Red Roasted Pepper Soup
