and  roast turkey. The roast
turkey was outstanding!
Breakfast Entrees:
Pork Sausage, Smoked Bacon, Italian Scrambled Eggs, Eggs Benedict, Cheese Blintzes,
and Waffles Sticks.  Also plenty of bread, muffins, and pastries.
Lunch Entrees:
Roasted Red Potatoes, Smoked Ham Macaroni & Cheese, Brie Pie, Chocolate Bread
Pudding.  Also lots of salad and fresh seasonal fruit!
Seafood:
Chilled Peel & Eat Shrimp and Salmon Moose.
Desserts:
There were many choices for
dessert.  Pecan pies, cream
puffs, chocolate cake,
brownies, chocolate covered
strawberries, NY cheesecake,
and fresh fruit.
