* There were 10 brunch entrees available ranging from $8.00 to $16.00. Seven
of the entrees were priced at $8.00, some examples were Ricotta Pancakes,
Bacon & Cheddar Mini Quiches, Eggs en Cocotte, and Omelet en Piperade.
* The FHC Hamburger was $12.00.
* The Poached Wild Salmon Eggs Benedict was $15.00 and the Steak Salad
was $16.00. There were plenty of side dishes available as well.
