Carving Station: Roasted Prime
Rib and Dill and Honey Glazed
Salmon. The Prime Rib was
outstanding!

Omelet Station: Many options to
choose from. Try the "Surprise
me!" omelet!

Kids Station: Chicken Nuggets,
French Fries, PBJ Wedges, and
Mixed Veggies.  And yes,  I
attacked this station too!
Breakfast Entrees:
Pork Sausage, Peppered Bacon, Brioche French Toast with Seasonal Berries,
and Eggs Benedict   Also plenty of bread and pastries.
Lunch Entrees:
Cheese Tortellini with Walnuts, Spinach, Tomatoes, and a Roasted Red pepper
Cream Sauce, Roasted Chicken on a Bed of Roasted Garlic Whipped Potatoes, Crab
and Potato Crusted English Sole, Spinach and Mushroom Rolled Leg of Lamb with
White Bean and Pancetta Ragout, and Fried Artichoke Hearts with a Tarrogon Aioli.
Seafood:
Chilled Crab Claws, Crab Legs, Shrimp Cocktail, Green Lipped Mussels, Seasonal
Oysters, Smoked Salmon, Sushi, Sashimi, California Rolls, and Smoked Whitefish.
Desserts:
There were many choices for
dessert. Coffee mousse cake,
fresh fruit tarts, apricot clafouti,
sour cherry tarts, pear nut tarts,
praline horn, chocolate or lemon
cream brulee, raspberry chocolate
cream, tiramisu, orange spiced
parfait, strawberry pistachio panna
cotta, pithivier, mango mousse
cake, and finacier.

My favorite: chocolate lava cake!

restaurant has many
signature dishes and sauces.
The Chef is awesome!!!
