Carving Station: Roast Beef, Lamb, Turkey,
Ham, and Greek Gyros with Pita Bread.

Omelet Station: Many options to choose
from. Top it with salsa!

Crepe Suzette Station: With all the fixings,
such as fresh berries.

Chicken Fajita Station: Fresh and hot!

Cappuccino Station: Whip cream too!
Breakfast Entrees:
Eggs Benedict, Sausage, Bacon, Potatoes O'Brian, Scrambled Eggs, Blueberry Cheese
Blintzes, and Fresh Belgium Waffles.  Also plenty of bread and pastries.
Lunch Entrees:
Chicken Calvado, Pork Carnitas, BBQ Ribs, Rice Pilaf, and Steamed Vegetables.  If you
like salad, there are six different choices!   
Seafood:
Salmon Macademia, New Zealand Mussels, Peel & Eat Shrimp, Crab Legs, Whole Baked
Salmon with Cream Cheese, and California Rolls.
Desserts:
There were too many choices for
dessert to choose from!  I counted at
least six cheesecakes and several
other cakes. Besides the cakes, there
were various other selections, such as
pecan and apple pie, and eclairs.

Or top things off with a crepe suzette
with fresh berries!

Between 9 and 10, this great brunch
is only $18.95.  Yep, that means you
might have to wake up before 10.  
But even after 10, at $22.95...still a
great value.
