Omelet Station: Whipped up in a jiffy and brought to your table! Carving Station: Today there was a wonderful roast beef and baked ham. Waffle Station: Hot off the grill with toppings available. (They were awesome!!!)

Breakfast Entrees:

Sausage, Bacon, Eggs Benedict, Waffles, Scrambled Eggs, and Hash Brown Breakfast Potatoes.  Also plenty of bread & pastries.

Lunch Entrees:

Beef Wellington, Chicken in Pesto Sauce, Pork in Pineapple Sauce,  Rice Pilaf, Vegetable Medley, and Cheese Blintzes.  And tons of assorted Salads!

Seafood:

Seafood Salad, Chilled Peel & Eat Shrimp, Smoked Salmon, Hickory Salmon, Smoked Trout, Green Lip Mussels, and Snow Crab Claws.

Desserts:

What makes this Sunday Champagne Brunch Buffet different from the others?

The Meat and Sauces! The carved beef and beef wellington were outstanding.   The sauces added to all the dishes were just as outstanding!  Good stuff here! The Waffle Station! The waffles are made to order and it makes a difference.  Hot off the grill and they melt in your mouth!
